This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy regulates the procedure for processing and using personal and other data of the E-service Pacon LLC (hereinafter referred to as the operator). The current edition of this Privacy Policy is constantly available for familiarization, and is posted on the Internet at: https://packon.ru/. By passing personal and other data by the operator through the use of electronic service, the user confirms its consent to the use of these data on the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, it is obliged to stop using the electronic service. The unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the beginning of using an electronic service by the user.

1.Termines

1.1. Electronic service - website (or mobile application), located on the Internet at https://packon.ru/. All exceptional rights to the electronic service and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the operator in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the user is not the subject of this Privacy Policy. 1.2. User - Person using electronic service. 1.3. Legislation is the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 1.4. Personal data - Personal user data that the User provides independently when registering or in the process of using an electronic service functional. 1.5. Data - Other user data (not included in the concept of personal data). 1.6. Registration - Filling by the user of the registration form located on the electronic service, by specifying the necessary information for sending / receiving correspondence (documentaries), parcels (cargo). 1.7. Registration form - a form located on the electronic service that the user must complete to be able to use the electronic service in full. 1.8. Service (s) - services provided by the operator based on the conditions of use by electronic service.

2. Collection and processing of personal data

2.1. The operator collects and stores only those personal data that is necessary to provide the service by the operator and interact with the user. 2.2. Personal data can be used for the following purposes: 2.2.1 Provision of services to the user; 2.2.2 user identification; 2.2.3 Interaction with the user; 2.2.4 The direction of the user of promotional materials, information and requests; 2.2.5 Conduct statistical and other studies; 2.3. Operator including processes the following data: 2.3.1 Surname, name and patronymic (sender / recipient); 2.3.2 Name of a legal entity, details; 2.3.3 Email address (a); 2.3.3 Phone number (a) (including mobile, urban, extension numbers); 2.4. The user is prohibited to indicate the electronic service of third parties (except for the condition of presenting the interests of these persons, having a documentary confirmation of third parties to carry out such actions, as well as in the context of using data to identify recipients / sender documents, parcels, cargo).

3. Procedure for processing personal and other data

3.1. The operator undertakes to use personal data in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation and internal operator documents. 3.2. In relation to personal data and other user data, their confidentiality is maintained, except when the specified data are publicly available. 3.3. The operator has the right to save an archive copy of personal data. The operator has the right to store personal data and data on servers outside the Russian Federation. 3.4. The operator has the right to transmit personal data and user data without the user’s consent to the following persons: 3.4.1 by government agencies, including the bodies of the inquiries and investigation, and local governments for their motivated request; 3.4.2 In other cases, directly stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 3.5. The operator has the right to transmit personal data and data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. This Privacy Policy, in the following cases: 3.5.1 The user expressed his consent to such actions; 3.5.2 Transmission is required as part of using the user of the electronic service or the provision of services to the user; 3.6. The operator carries out automated processing of personal data.

4. Protection of personal data

4.1. The operator performs the proper protection of personal and other data in accordance with the legislation and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. 4.2. The applied protection measures compromised by protecting personal data from unlawful or random access, destruction, changes, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions with them third parties.

5. Other positions

5.1. The right privacy policy and relationships between the user and the operator arising from the application of the Privacy Policy shall be applied to the Russian Federation. 5.2. If for one reason or another, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy will be recognized as invalid or non-legal force, this does not affect the reality or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy. 5.4. The operator has the right at any time to change the privacy policy (fully or partially) unilaterally without prior approval with the user. All changes come into force from the moment of its placement on the electronic service. 5.5. The user undertakes to independently follow the changes in privacy policy by familiarizing with the urgent editorial board. 5.6.
